Phil Tyler We Sunk The Ship To Get Rid Of The Rats CDr limited to 200 copies Phil is best known for his collaborations with Cath Tyler, here he is predominently playing solo banjo, it includes a number of traditional tunes and many of his own compositions. Although most tracks are instrumental a number of them include vocals by Sarah Hill and occasionally Phil himself. There is some truly beautiful banjo playing on this album and Phil clearly has a real grasp of folk traditions.
